CEO / Partner
A professional with 20+ years of international experience across accounting, legal, healthcare, manufacturing, hospitality, oil & gas, and government projects. Founder and CEO of VertAcc, a cloud-based accounting and financial-systems firm.
His work spans financial transformation, software implementation, system integrations, and CRA compliance, alongside medical-sector leadership, collaboration with government health ministries, and the establishment of a premium medical clinic in Dubai. He specializes in integrating financial and legal systems and solving technical-accounting challenges through deliberate process design.
His focus: build strong financial foundations, implement intelligent systems, and help organizations scale with clarity, compliance, and confidence.
Richard Van West-Charles
COO / Partner
A global legal and corporate professional whose career spans the USA, the UK, Australia, the Caribbean, and international institutions, including work connected to the United Nations. He brings clarity, strategic rigour, and a modern approach to the most complex cross-border matters.
His perspective is shaped by a distinguished heritage of governance and public service: his grandfather served as Guyana’s First Prime Minister at independence, and his father held senior national portfolios, Minister of Health, Water, Housing and Environment, later Minister for Medical Education and Food Policy, and today Guyana’s Ambassador to Venezuela. That lineage informs the discretion and diplomatic fluency he brings to every engagement.
